THE PRICES BELOW ARE FOR A 3 HOUR PARTY

BONDED MEMBERS	ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
$50 for 25 guests or less	$65 for 25 guests or less
$75 for 26-50 guests	$90 for 26-50 guests
$100/hour for over 50 guests	$115/hr for over 50 people

WEEKEND SURCHARGE OF $25.00

USE OF GRILL $5.00

Here are some frequently asked questions about private parties at COTTONTAIL.

1.    Private parties may be scheduled for any day of the week.
2.    Parties are for 3 hours.  Anything over 3 hours will be assessed accordingly.
3.    Private parties should be scheduled at least five (5) days in advance.
4.    The pool does not close during private parties.
5.    Clean up must begin thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled pool closing to assure closing on time. The hosting member will be assessed a cleaning fee of $40 per hour if guards must stay after closing.
6.    You must fill out a private function form to reserve your party.
7.    Security deposit of $50 is required for 50 or more guests.
8.    Absolutely no glass allowed on pool deck.
9.    Swimming and non-swimming guest will be signed in on the guest party form.
