Each membership is limited to one household. Household includes one adult, his/her spouse, their parents, children, and other persons permanently under their supervision or care, provided such persons reside in the same household.
Associate Membership
SEASONAL MEMBERS OF COTTONTAIL
Associate Members are seasonal members of Cottontail for each year they join.ANNUAL DUES
Associate Members pay full price for annual dues.SWIM TEAM
Associate Members can participate in Summer and Winter Swim Teams.TENNIS/PICKLEBALL
Associate Members can access courts from Memorial Day to Labor Day and have the option of purchasing an off-season Courts add on to their membership. Associate Members can participate in camps.PRIVATE PARTIES
Associate Members can book Private Parties at the pool.GUEST PASSES
Associate members who join before April 1 receive 5 guest passes for the season. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $5/guest.UPGRADE AVAILABLE
Associate Members can start the season as Associate and change to regular members at the end of the season if they desire with prorated fees.Who is this good for?
Associate Membership is a good fit for members who plan to be in the area temporarily or do not want to commit to a 5 year membership.Regular Membership
OWNERS OF COTTONTAIL
Regular Members can vote on matters pertaining to the pool budget and facilities. Members can serve on the Board of Directors.ANNUAL DUES
Regular Members receive a $100 discount on annual dues.SWIM TEAM
Regular Members receive a $20 discount on summer and winter swim team fees per registered swimmer.TENNIS/PICKLEBALL
Regular Members receive year-round court access and a $20 discount on camp fees per person.PRIVATE PARTIES
Regular Members can book Private Parties at the pool and receive a $25 discount on party fees.GUEST PASSES
Regular members receive 10 guest passes each season. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $5/guest.MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE
Regular Members purchase a one-time membership certificate for $525. After 5 years, members are eligible to turn in their certificate in exchange for a final summer of no cost annual dues.Who is this good for?

*Volunteer Fee
A $175 volunteer fee is payable upon registration by all members and will be refunded after the season if the member volunteers five (5) hours (excluding swim team volunteer hours). You must pay the full amount or your registration will not be approved. The volunteer fee may be earned back during the year. There are many opportunities to volunteer.
