Earn Back Your Volunteer Fee

Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club is powered by amazing volunteers!  Volunteering is a great way to give back to our community, connect with others, and earn back your volunteer fee.

The volunteer fee collected at registration is earned back by volunteering 5 hours for the pool either in the pre-season, while the pool is open, or after the pool closes (through September 30).

All members of a household can volunteer, however credit will only be earned by members age 10 and older.

Volunteering makes a difference in our community. Volunteers allow us to put on more events, host more parties, and eliminate the need to outsource for tasks such as lawn care. This allows our pool to do more and allocate membership dues to be invested in the operations and capital improvement of the pool.

Tracking Your Volunteer Hours

After you volunteer click the link below to log your hours. Include your name, number of hours volunteered and the date. The number of hours volunteered reflects the total hours put in by the family. Example: if two family members volunteer for two hours each, record four hours. You will be emailed a receipt of your information so you can easily keep track of your hours. A board member will verify all hours entered.
