2021 Spring General Membership Meeting

Dear Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club Members,

The Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club will hold the 2021 Spring General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, via teleconference beginning at 7:30 pm.  A link will be sent to join prior to the meeting.

The meeting agenda includes the following:

1.     Reports from the Board of Directors

2.     Discussion on 2021 Member Fees

3.     Discussion and action on 2021 Volunteer Fee

4.     Discussion and action on the 2021 Operating Budget

5.     Discussion on Cottontail Facilities and Club upgrades for 2021

In order to hold a General Membership Meeting the Board requires a quorum of 20 members or valid proxies. Your participation is vital.  If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy, sign and email it to secretary@cottontailpool.com or mail a signed copy to Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club, ATTN: Proxy, 7000 Cottontail Court, Springfield, VA 22153.
