Dear Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club Members,

The Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club will hold a General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Burke Centre Library at 5935 Freds Oak Rd, Burke, VA 22015 in person beginning at 7:00 pm.

The meeting agenda includes the following:

1. Action to approve minutes of the February 06, 2025 Spring General Membership Meeting
2. Presentation of Cottontail Facilities and Club solution for concession improvement options
3. Discussion and action of Cottontail Facilities and Club solution for concession improvement options

In order to hold a General Membership Meeting the Board requires a quorum of 20 members or valid proxies. Your participation is vital. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy, sign and email it to secretary@cottontailpool.com or mail a signed copy to Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club, ATTN: Proxy, 7000 Cottontail Court, Springfield, VA 22153.
